Beautiful hotel. I felt like I was in a palace! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decor was beautiful. I like that they had a coffee bar in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the warm cookies at check-in. It was nice being offered a free bottle of water.

The location was nice. The decor was pleasant. All staff we came into contact with were nice and polite. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the lobby decorations were loud and overbearing. Just a few changes could make it charming and welcoming. The room was comfortable, everything good, but the decorations made me think that I was in the Hotel California song and I could check out but never leave. Oddly enough, when we stepped off the elevator to check out, that song was playing.

Staff was accommodating and attentive Very helpful when we arrived with NO reservation (through no fault of ours!) The supervisor took care of the rate the next day.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, friendly staff, safe & convenient location. And there's a beautiful restaurant located on the rooftop with a delicious menu and gorgeous view.

The Valet Staff and registration clerks greeted us upon arrival and they were very nice. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was comfortable and had great views. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The location of the property was so close to the Capitol so that was a huge plus.

We arrived later than we expected, the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. He also gave us a few delicious chocolate chip cookies to snack on. After a long late drive that was appreciated! Room was very clean and I loved the modern touches. Bed was comfy and the room stayed nice and cool. We didn't stay for breakfast.

Love the parking. Covered and direct access to the elevators. My daughter said it was the best breakfast she has had in a long time. Great restaurant on top. Location is close to where my daughter lives in Tally (College). The room first impression was new and clean.
