DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tallahassee

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the bed was soft and welcoming, if you like soft beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Location, location, location! A short walk to the Capitol, walking distance to the Cascades Park and Art District/Railroad Square. Facing the Park Ave. landscaped park with its twinkling lights. Rooftop cocktail lounge overlooking the city. PLUS - the amazing staff, specifically Lori Kaye, who took care of a heating problem in our room & a later billing question. I can't say enough.

Beautiful hotel. I felt like I was in a palace! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decor was beautiful. I like that they had a coffee bar in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the warm cookies at check-in. It was nice being offered a free bottle of water.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the lobby decorations were loud and overbearing. Just a few changes could make it charming and welcoming. The room was comfortable, everything good, but the decorations made me think that I was in the Hotel California song and I could check out but never leave. Oddly enough, when we stepped off the elevator to check out, that song was playing.

The location was great. It was very close to major attractions and a quiet location. The staff was very friendly.
